Welcome Cocktail – Nonino Spritz
Fried Artichokes – olive, smoked trout roe, crème fraiche, dill

Entrée Cocktail – Paper Plane (Amaro Nonino, Evan Williams BIB, Aperol, lemon)
Braised Lamb Shoulder – fregula, blistered tomato, grilled zucchini, salsa verde, pine nut

Finale – Amaro Riserva & Moscato Grappa served neat
Crème Caramel – passion fruit granita, basil
