The Chloe serves food from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday–Thursday, till 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and till 9 p.m. Sunday throughout the property.

We host brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. The Chloe Brunch Menu is served throughout the property. Both reservations and walk-ins are welcome.

Breakfast is only available to hotel guests at this time.

Our hotel guests have unlimited access to the pool throughout their stay, 24/7. We ask that guests request a pool, lounger, or table reservation in advance if you would like to guarantee space during your stay. You can do so by speaking with or calling the front desk. Day guests are welcome to enjoy our Pool by purchasing a Pool Access Day Pass with our Pool Greeter, located at the Pool entrance. There are no reservations, so day guest access is first come, first swim. Please visit our Pool Page for more information.

The Chloe Room Service menu is available seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. All room service orders and guest requests will be delivered outside your room's door with a knock.

Free on-street parking is available for all guests at The Chloe.

We welcome one dog per guest room at $25 per night.

Check-in is at 3 p.m and check-out is at 12 p.m. If you’d like to schedule a different time, we ask you to please contact The Chloe front desk directly as fees may apply.

Yes, whenever possible we are happy to accommodate late check-outs; however, charges may incur.

We are located in the Uptown neighborhood, just steps from the Garden District. Our front entrance is just across the street from the Milan and St. Charles stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line, providing easy access to other neighborhoods of New Orleans.

The French Quarter is just over 3 miles away from The Chloe. Guests can venture to the French Quarter by car in just over 10 minutes, or opt for a scenic ride on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Bourbon Street is approximately three miles from the hotel.
