A full hotel buyout means every space is exclusively yours: all 14 guest rooms, the pool, patios, bar, and restaurant. Whether you envision a festive welcome party under our majestic oak, an intimate courtyard ceremony, or late-night cocktails around the pool, the hotel transforms into a luxurious and intimate home for your closest people.

Our Unique Wedding Offerings

  • We take pride in curating unforgettable experiences for a diverse array of private events. From enchanting weddings and celebratory rehearsal dinners to lively cocktail parties, heartfelt celebrations of life, and vibrant birthday bashes, our venue is your canvas for crafting remarkable memories and much more.

  • We can comfortably accommodate seated dinners for up to 36 guests or standing, reception-style celebrations for up to 225 attendees. This includes combining our Partial Buyout spaces (Front Porch, Lounge, Lobby Bar, Main Dining Room, and Covered Deck) for standing events up to 125 guests.

  • Our culinary team delivers innovative New Orleans cuisine and handcrafted cocktails, focusing on time-honored recipes with modern, seasonal twists. Please note that each event is subject to a Food & Beverage minimum requirement, which replaces a traditional space rental fee.

  • A full buyout grants you exclusive access to our 14 uniquely designed sleeping rooms. We require a minimum two-night stay for this luxury. We also offer several buyout options, including the Partial Buyout and the Backyard Buyout. Backyard Buyout F&B Minimums range from $5,000–$20,000 in high season.
