About Tiago:

Tiago Guy is a Brazilian-born singer-songwriter who, in the spring of 2021, made the big move to New Orleans to pursue his passion for American roots music. Since then, he has become a fixture in the local music scene, performing on some of the city’s most iconic stages, including Tipitina’s, the Maple Leaf Bar, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

On his recently released sophomore album, Paper Thin, Tiago blends smooth, soulful sounds inspired by his musical adventures in the city with deeply personal lyrics that reflect a foreigner’s perspective on quintessential New Orleans experiences, from weathering hurricanes to meeting his significant other’s family in Westwego. The album features contributions from an impressive roster of local talents, including Jon Cleary, Nigel Hall, John Fohl, and the Zion Harmonizers.
