Chef Rhodes' goal is to combat food apartheid—the systemic inequities in our food system that keep fresh, affordable, and culturally relevant foods out of reach for so many. He has continued to advance his mission through his restaurant Indigo and self-sustainable grocery store Broham Fine Soulfood & Groceries, among other endeavors.
